The public trust register and temporal value
Published a site-wide Data Trust Register with seven-dimension quality declarations, reproducible publication-contract receipts, explicit scheduled or event-driven refresh status, and a machine-readable corrections ledger.
Added a DCAT 3 and PROV-O JSON-LD catalogue plus DataCite 4.7-shaped citation JSON and BibTeX for every report. DOI fields remain explicitly unregistered until a real repository registration succeeds.
Published the Australian Solar and Storage Evidence Register, 2026, connecting product eligibility, distributed adoption, grid operations, realised NEM battery capture, regulated WA tariffs and forecast accountability.
