A binding AEMO constraint interval is connected to equation terms, interconnector conditions and regional prices. Every link declares whether it is mechanical, source-published, associated or unavailable.
The ledger keeps raw RHS minus LHS, equation operator, signed marginal value, flow limits, price separation and affected terms as separate readings. A price spread can coincide with a constraint without being attributed to it.
Source status · source edition not installed
No receipt-pinned AEMO interval edition is installed. The public ledger remains unavailable rather than publishing an example, current-only snapshot or inferred curtailment event.

Publication rule
Availability minus dispatch is never published as curtailment on its own. The coefficient must also tighten a one-sided inequality; equality equations and missing evidence stay unavailable.
Binding
A non-zero signed AEMO marginal value establishes binding. Zero is non-binding; negative marginal values are retained rather than clamped away.
Equation
The source operator is retained as <=, >= or =. Where both sides are available, the ledger publishes raw RHS minus LHS and never relabels its sign as universal headroom. Missing LHS stays missing.
Price
The regional price pair follows the receipt-backed canonical interconnector orientation. Separation is a same-interval analytical association, not a price impact attributed to one constraint.
Curtailment
An availability gap alone is insufficient. The label also requires a directionally eligible inequality term: positive under <= or negative under >=. Equality equations remain unavailable.
