The entitled pack is different: the server assembles the exact decision snapshot with the required product vintages, operational receipts, current correction state, monthly trust edition and a recorded export hash.
The decision inputs, source checks and material release history travel together.
Verification receipts and open corrections are captured at export time.
The export route checks a live server-side entitlement and records the delivery receipt.
The first scopes are deliberately bounded by decision profile, market, users, cadence and delivery need. Pricing remains scoped until repeated use proves a stable package.
