An SA2-level screening atlas for population growth, household structure and distributed-energy addressability across Western Australia’s isolated grid.
Select a measure, move the scenario year and inspect individual SA2s. Historical population is official ABS data; 2030 and 2050 values are transparent trend sensitivities. The detached-home measure is an addressable rooftop base, not an installation register.

Projection applies each SA2's capped 2011-2025 population trend to its latest population and scales 2021 housing counts. It is a sensitivity case, not an ABS or AEMO forecast.
All SA2s in Bunbury, Mandurah, Perth and Western Australia - Wheat Belt SA4s, plus named Geraldton, Mid West and Kalgoorlie urban SA2s at the public Western Power network edge.
This is an analytical screening boundary, not Western Power's licensed service territory or a substation supply catchment. Edge SA2s can extend beyond the connected network.
The release keeps its boundary ID, ASGS edition, source retrieval date and area membership. A licensed Western Power supply-catchment layer can therefore become a new release rather than silently changing the published cohort.
