A frozen 2024 record of the share of Enedis customers outside annual continuity thresholds in each department. It covers one operator’s service area, with exceptional events and upstream transmission causes excluded.
This percentage counts customers who exceed at least one threshold. It does not measure average outage duration, every outage experienced or the probability of an outage at one home.
The share of Enedis low- and medium-voltage customers outside at least one annual continuity threshold in 2024.
Customers outside annual continuity thresholds
4.62%
Enedis HTA/BT customers within this department. Other distributors’ customers are outside this cohort. This percentage is neither outage minutes nor an individual customer’s outage probability.
Exceptional events and upstream transmission-network incidents or works are excluded. Planned work on the distribution network is not automatically excluded.
Display rounds to two decimals. A positive value below 0.01% is shown as <0.01%, not zero. Downloads retain exact source decimal values. No national average, departmental ranking or compliance verdict is calculated.

A customer is counted when at least one threshold is exceeded. Equality alone does not exceed a threshold. The three conditions are not added together as separate customer rates.
More than 6
Each interruption lasts longer than three minutes.
More than 35
Each interruption lasts from one second through three minutes.
More than 13 h
The duration of long interruptions is totalled over the calendar year.
Enedis’ quality-of-supply explanation excludes exceptional events and interruptions caused by incidents or work on the upstream transmission network. Distribution-network work is not automatically excluded. Certain mechanically induced secondary cuts from the same incident within one hour are excluded from regulatory counts; this is not a blanket rule merging every cut within an hour.
The publisher describes these results as indicative. Incident characteristics, especially exceptional-event classification, can be revised. These published aggregates are retained as reported, not rebuilt from customer or incident records.
Enedis explains a 5% departmental benchmark. It is context here, not a pass/fail badge: the legal assessment distinguishes operator results from the consolidated results of all distribution networks in a department. This source supplies Enedis’s cohort only.
Departmental geography and network characteristics vary. No league table, national mean, legal compliance decision or household backup recommendation is inferred. HTA means medium voltage; BT means low voltage.

Changes made: selected the 2024 percentage and department identifiers; renamed fields; retained department-code order and source decimal values as strings. The capture has 94 unique keys with no missing or invalid percentages. Exact stored digits are not a claim of measurement precision.

Portugal municipal reliability provides a different measure and year: interruption minutes and counts per delivery point in 2025. Inspect the sources separately; their units, populations and exclusions do not support a combined score.
